5 Great Ways To Love Yourself in 2018

Let me begin by saying HAPPY NEW YEAR! This is the first post of this year and I am super excited because of what we have lined up.

To start us off this year, I would like us to begin by focusing on self-love. What I am pointing to is an appreciation of who you are and how you are without waiting for anyone's approval.

It is the beginning of the year and you are probably still thinking about resolutions, how about having self-love on top of that list?

Here are great ways to Love yourself this year:

1. Have compassion on yourself
Acknowledge where you are doing great and improve on where you are not. Appreciate yourself for the little milestones you have made so far.

2. Treat yourself well
Have time for things that matter to you and priorities on what makes you happy. Buy Wear clothes that fit you well or make you feel confident. Take time to rest and even exercise.

3. Spoil yourself 
Go out, buy yourself a gift, and eat some good food. Don't wait for anyone else to spoil you, it's your life! Go the extra mile for yourself.

4. Approve yourself
Quit waiting for others' approval. Believe in yourself and your abilities. Follow your gut and dreams. Only you can make your life awesome and spicy.

5. Set aside time for personal quality time
Take time to work on the most important relationship which is with yourself. Set a time to get in touch with your inner self away from all distractions.
